What are Personal Assistance Services?

Our staff can offer services such as bathing, grooming, dressing, assist w/ incontinence care, transfers, mobility assistance, medication reminders, meal planning/prep, light housekeeping, shopping, laundry and other tasks to ensure the clients safety and independence at home.

ADL stand for Activities of Daily
Living. These are basic activities
required for taking care of oneself
ADLs include things such as bathing,
toileting, continence, dressing, feeding
and mobility.

IADL stands for instrumental Activities
of Daily Living. These are activities that
enable an individual to live
independently within the community.
iADL’s include such things as
housekeeping/cleaning, laundry,
money management, meal preparation,
medication management and
shopping/transportation.

Care Management Services

We offer Care Management services to help coordinate home health, hospice, consulting physicians, families and other referral sources. Our Care Manager has 30 yrs of medical social work experience and 10 yrs of nursing home administrator experience. Care Management, ensuring clients are in the RIGHT place, getting the RIGHT services and utilizing the RIGHT resources is our passion.
